This Privacy Policy ("Policy") covers data that The Outcome by Attain ("The Outcome" or "we") collects, uses, and discloses from your interaction with our website and communications.

This Policy does not cover data that is collected, used or disclosed through Attain’s websites, platform, mobile applications and systems. For more information on privacy as it relates to the Attain, please see the Attain Privacy Policy.

This Policy does not apply to the privacy practices of other websites that may be linked from our websites. The Outcome is not responsible for the privacy practices of other unaffiliated websites. The Outcome may collect personal information such as your name, email address, company name and phone number directly from you. For example, when you provide information through a form on our website, subscribe to a newsletter or submit a question via email. This information is used to provide the services that you have requested from The Outcome including access to content, subscription services to our newsletter and responding to your questions.

The Outcome and our third party service providers may collect all or any of the following information:

When you contact us via email, we collect your email address and any additional Personal Information you provide in the body of the email communication. In the event that we fulfill an order from you, we will collect payment information from you, including billing address. These companies are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide these services on behalf of The Outcome.

Content on The Outcome is not intended nor designed to attract users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children younger than the age of eighteen. We will delete any Personal Information collected that we later determine to be from a user younger than the age of eighteen.
