WHAT THIS POLICY COVERS

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") covers data that The Outcome by Attain ("The Outcome" or "we") collects, uses, and discloses from your interaction with our website and communications.

This Policy does not cover data that is collected, used or disclosed through Attain’s websites, platform, mobile applications and systems. For more information on privacy as it relates to the Attain, please see the Attain Privacy Policy.

This Policy does not apply to the privacy practices of other websites that may be linked from our websites. The Outcome is not responsible for the privacy practices of other unaffiliated websites. INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM OUR WEBSITE AND OTHER SOURCES

The Outcome may collect personal information such as your name, email address, company name and phone number directly from you. For example, when you provide information through a form on our website, subscribe to a newsletter or submit a question via email. This information is used to provide the services that you have requested from The Outcome including access to content, subscription services to our newsletter and responding to your questions.

The Outcome and our third party service providers may collect all or any of the following information:

  • We respond to inquiries and provide requested information regarding our products and services

If you no longer wish to receive marketing email communications or wish to opt out, you can follow the unsubscribe instructions located in the footers of The Outcome emails.

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

The Outcome may only share your information with third parties in the ways described in this Policy. We do not sell information collected through our websites to any third party.

We may disclose your information to companies that provide data processing services to help us with our business activities, such as sending email communications on our behalf. These companies are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide these services on behalf of The Outcome.

  • With your permission, with another third party.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending where you live, you may have certain legal rights with respect to the personal information we collect and process about you.

These rights may include the right to request access, deletion, and correction of personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of activities that constitute “sales” or “sharing” as such terms are defined under certain state privacy laws in the United States. CHILDREN’S PERSONAL INFORMATION

Content on The Outcome is not intended nor designed to attract users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children younger than the age of eighteen. We will delete any Personal Information collected that we later determine to be from a user younger than the age of eighteen. We may revise this policy at any time. However, if we make material changes, we will not apply them retroactively.
